  • Check your account balance

  • Make a transfer or make a payment

  • Manage your savings, checking accounts and loans

  • Review recent transactions

TouchTone Teller Tips:

  • To access TouchTone Teller, you will need to enter your account number (member number) followed by the pound (#) sign.

  • If this is your first time calling TouchTone Teller, you will be prompted to setup a 4 digit Access Code. Keep this information in a secure place and avoid sharing with other parties. You will need this access code in the future.

  • You may be required to enter your social security number or ITIN to verify information.

  • When entering a dollar amount no decimal point is necessary. Example: To transfer $300.00 just press 30000 and press the pound (#) sign.
