Each year we announce the candidates for our Board of Directors. Board members volunteer to serve three-year terms. Members can vote for these candidates, appointed by our Nominating Committee, during our annual meeting. This year’s Nominating Committee are: Stephen Skloss, Elia Carmona, and Jeanette Carnevale. Current directors whose terms are expiring include: Glenn Glass and Bruce Ashton.

Serving as a volunteer on our Board of Directors is a great way to help lead the future of our credit union and stear the impact we bring to the San Antonio community. Members of the Board of Directors have the duty and responsibility to set the direction and manage the credit union according to the wishes of the membership and in accordance with all pertinent laws and regulations,
