How to enroll in digital banking:
First, make sure your personal contact information is up to date. You can confirm your information by visiting a branch or giving us a call at (210) 225-0708.

To enroll, you will need your member number and your social security number, or ITIN, or EIN..
Mobile users will be prompted to create a 4-digit passcode. Safely and securely store this code as you will need it to gain access to your account through mobile.
Remember: don’t share your personal information or login credentials with anyone. We will never call you asking for any personal information or account information.
