To request the deletion of your rcityonline & rcitymobile account, please reach out to a River City FCU representative by:

Please provide your first and last name, and a good phone number for our team to follow-up
Information such as your usage history, account information, and banking activity will be retained in compliance with regulatory guidelines as long as the user account is active. Once the user account is deleted, we will not retain any activity from the user account.
